What time is Check-in, Check-out?
You can check in any time after 3pm and check out is by noon.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have until 4pm day of arrival to cancel without any charge.
What if I don’t have a credit card? Can I pay cash?
You must provide a credit or debit card at check in that will authorize for the full amount plus a $30 incidental hold. If you would like to pay cash, you can do so at check out.
Where do I park?
There is FREE public parking all around us! We recommend the city garage to the north of the hotel or the open lot on the east side of the garage.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Can I have a smoking room?
Hotel at Old town is 100% smoke free. Smoking in rooms will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Is Breakfast included in my rate?
The Hotel at Old Town offers competitive rates allowing you to choose your breakfast experience; with options including our full hot breakfast buffet for $14.95 plus tax per person, our quick & easy onsite cupboard with complimentary coffee, or exploring one of the many local restaurants found within walking distance.

Do you charge my card when I book my room?
We do not charge your card until you check into the hotel. At check in, your card will be authorized for the full amount of the stay plus a $30 incidental hold. The final payment amount will be posted when you check out.
Is there a lounge onsite?
The 1906 Lounge, located on the first floor of the hotel, is open nightly starting at 5pm. The lounge features creative cocktails, Scotch flights, and live jazz on Friday & Saturday nights starting at 6pm.
