1. Reservations Procedure and Policies

When you make your reservation, whether online or by telephone, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Reservation Terms and Conditions. If you make your reservation via a travel agent, or other third-party, then you have a separate legal relationship with that party in regards to liability and data protection rights. You may only make reservations for yourself and your invited guests or for an individual for whom you are authorized in advance to act. Excepted guests must be 21 years of age or older.


2. Hotel Prices

The prices indicated on the Hotel at Old Town website and via our reservations line for hotel rooms, products and services are subject to availability.


3. Payment

It will be necessary for you to provide credit card details to secure a room reservation. The credit card may then be used by the Hotel at Old Town for payment, as a guarantee for a future payment, or in the case of a no-show, a cancellation or change to the reservation.


4. Cancellations and Amendments

You should make any cancellations or amendments to your reservation using the same channel through which you booked, either online or by telephone. Any reservations made through a third party site must be cancelled through that third party to avoid any charges, penalties, and are subject to cancellation fees by either The Hotel at Old Town and/or the third party in accordance with their individual cancellation policies.


5. Rate Requirements

As some rates have special requirements at check-in, you should verify that you qualify for the rate that you have reserved. The Hotel at Old Town is not obligated to honor this rate if you do not qualify or do not have proof of qualification.


6. Pre-paid Reservations

Some rate plans require prepayment in full and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable. This will be identified in the rate description.


7. Guarantee Rules

For reservations guaranteed with a credit card at the time of making your reservation, rooms are held until the check-out time on the day following the day of arrival. Rooms, products or services booked with an invalid credit card are subject to immediate cancellation.


8. Pets

The Hotel at Old Town has a strict no pet policy.  Service animal guidelines/exceptions are followed by the hotel. If you are traveling with a service animal, please communicate this in your reservation process so additional steps can be taken for future guests’ comfort and convenience.


9. Links

The Site may contain links to other web sites on the Internet. We provide these links as a convenience to you. The inclusion of these links in no way indicates the Hotel at Old Town’s endorsement, support, or approval of such sites, such site’s content, products, or services, or the operators of any such site.


10. Force Majeure

The Hotel at Old Town is not liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond their control to include acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, fires… etc.
